The Challenge
A global online learning platform was preparing for a Guinness World Record event requiring the product to handle 200,000+ simultaneous users, a load scale they had never tested for. Any failure during the event would be public and irreversible.
Our Solution
We designed and executed a full performance testing campaign simulating extreme concurrent loads using JMeter and Gatling. Identified 20+ bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers. Tuning recommendations were implemented ahead of the event. Real-time monitoring was set up via Grafana so the team had full visibility on the day.

We built a comprehensive automation framework covering UI, API, and mobile layers using Cucumber and Appium.
